    If Jon the Older picked up a baseball bat and hit Magnus over the head with it what would happen re: no one but jon can notice him? What would Magnus think happened?

      i'm excited to write gertrude!!! she's such a fascinating character, i love her complexity so much.

      1) this made me laugh SO damn hard oh my god. i'm losing my MIND.
      (you're right, only the jons would know what happened... magnus would probably assume a freak brick flew threw his window and hit him in the head. can i steal this for a future scene? i need to emphasize how hard i'm laughing at this idea.)
