Really enjoying your stories, one question I have is about why Susie says she should have figured out that it wasn't actually Noelle? I feel like I'm missing something, but regardless, keep up the good work ^^

That particular line has a bit of a hidden meaning. Our initial impression of the scene is meant to be that Susie realizes the Stranger isn't Noelle, because stranger!Noelle kissed her. The thing Susie is actually figuring out in this moment is that the "blood" she got on her lips/face that stranger!Noelle tastes during their kiss is actually paint. She's thinking she should have realized the "titan" was actually Violet.
