Summary
Kate went out at high tide and cried seven tears into the sea in order to summon a male Selkie. Derek being the closest one was compelled to answer the call. However, her plans weren’t for a one time lover and she stole his skin and he had to go inland with her and marry her- trapped until he could find his skin and return home.
However, when the Argent’s manservant was cleaning up shortly after this new mystery man joined the family, he found a leather jacket. It didn’t seem to fit the style of his other masters, so he took it to Derek, who was sitting at the window staring at the sea as he did every day. When he saw Stiles with the jacket, he hesitated to take it.
“I’ll only take it from you if you go with me.” Derek said.
“Where would we go?” Stiles asked.
Derek looked back out the window at the crashing waves- at the one place Stiles was told he could never go.
“Home.”
