But this isn't Johnny Silverhands construct. Instead a Techie by the name of Alexander Carr suddenly wakes up in a landfill right outside a landfill of night city, injured and confused.
He now has to survive in a city he knows nothing about with all of V's baggage, decades after his time and has to somehow navigate this insane world.

One day, the Hokage comes up with a new training program for all Konoha ninja and Acadamy Students.
Naruto thinks that the concept is fun and interesting. It certainly puts things in perspective for him on why he hasn't been able to pass the graduation test.
He is determined to do his best but it's just not easy for him. He has no help and no one encouraging him. Everyone works against him but he still wants to prove to everyone that they are wrong about him.
He finds that this new concept of the Hokage's works differently for him.
