Summary
STARR was founded in the fall of 1976 by a Mr Sings. For years the media took it at face value, a homing facility for troubled teenagers, a rehabilitation facility to give poor destined souls a chance at redemption. For years it was boosted as being a promising project and for years conspiracy theories followed why the people who went in usually were later described as ‘missing’. Though it was always argued that no one actually went missing, they just had the experience you would expect. Being reborn and pushed back into society to live relatively normal lives. For years that was what people saw of it. That was until 1992. When two people began to see what hid behind the thinly veiled mask.
