Those types of answers annoyed him, but not because of Toya, but because he liked to believe he knew his partner down to the bone. Maybe even literally.
Akito's boyfriend is a cold, bitter person with a sweet aftertaste and warm undertones. Akito doesn't like bitter things and has always been more of a fan of sweets, but for Toya he tolerates it, likes it even. Because it's always worth the airy, liquid red sweetness he tastes in the end. Toya likes using Akito.
