Summary
The Summer of 1966 is different from the last summer that Ponyboy had. His parents have been dead for over a year now, he's secretly married to Dallas Winston, hippies have replaced Socs, the packs are starting to shift after the death of the head of the Tiber Street Tigers, and he sees Angela Shepard more than just the Shepard he doesn't know very well. And once July turns to August, Cathy Carlson enters his life as he starts the 11th grade at Will Rogers.
Right around the corner is he anniversary of Bob Sheldon's death and Ponyboy isn't sure he knows how to handle that. Or any of the changing landscape of Tulsa.
The sequel to "fire in the sky", and a reimagining of "that was then, this is now."

Summary
It feels almost poetic that at the site where Atreus had committed an egregious sin against his own, that he would be visited by the specter of Vincenzo, for his voice to be rough, angry as he says, "Give me the money."
Atreus Pelopides has done a lot of things wrong in life. So the minute that a bloodied, bruised boy holding a gun with a wild look in his eye walks into his deli in September of 1965, looking to do something similar he knows he can't just sit there and let it happen.

Summary
"You ain't my first," Ponyboy confesses as he looks up at Dallas in the darkness that's punctuated only by a few shafts of light of the basement. Faintly, he can hear the sound of music at the repast, can scent the mixing of wine and other spirits as much as he scent some of the liquor that's down here, hidden a few rooms away, earthen altar that Ponyboy sits upon.
He'd done his best when constructing it out of the bits of the basement he'd had access to — the wood had been difficult to put together, the altar barely high enough to really be called that.
That there's a thin stripe of saliva there, trailing from Ponyboy's collarbone to the slight valley of his breasts only makes Dallas harder, makes him want all this more.
"You ain't mine, neither," Dallas says, his dark eyes glimmering, taking in the hazel tint of Ponyboy's own, his scent beautiful against his nose. "You ain't gonna hold that against me. I ain't gonna hold it against you, either."
The Curtises are buried. Ponyboy and Dallas do what most people do at weddings and funerals: fuck beneath the eye of the Divine.

Summary
He'd thought the same thing at eighteen years old, after all, when his parents had died and he had only been eighteen years old for a few hours. Things hadn't borne out that way — but he wasn't eighteen anymore, now was he? He was twenty-three now, with a steady job, with a pack who cared about him, and with as much money as he'd been able to save, waiting for his brother to come back by any means.
He repeats, "I can handle it."
June, 1968. Darry Curtis receives a call that his youngest brother, Ponyboy, has been found again. He drives to the station in Oklahoma City to get him back that June, eager to be reunited with his baby brother who was taken from him.
He's not sure, when his eyes fall on him, that the person sitting on that bench really is Ponyboy. Perhaps it's a cuckoo wearing his face, imitating his movements, using his eyes. Or maybe a single mistake in the past has now changed their current present in ways that Darry has not expected.

Summary
"Could say the same about you, Roger," Ponyboy says, his voice cold and menacing as he can make it despite Roger being several inches taller. "It's greaser territory here. You ain't real welcome."
"Where else was I gonna keep up cheap broads for the sock hop tonight?" Roger fires back, clearly looking at Angela and Ponyboy's chest, his scent obvious in what he wants.
Halloween, 1956. Roger Sheldon thinks that he's got his new date in the bag. Ponyboy begs to differ on that subject.

Summary
Amidst the glowing reviews, the packed movie theaters, and interview after interview, it seems as if Ponyboy Curtis is moving up in the world. In fact, he's moving up so fast in the world that he's been granted something rare: the presence of Dallas Winston, star of The Cheerleader franchise!
The winding tale of two horror franchises and the two stars that made them pop: Dallas Winston and Ponyboy Curtis, the killer and the final boy. Told through slightly unconventional means.

Summary
"Do you have any plans for Spring Break already?"
"No, I figure we weren't gonna do much," Ponyboy doesn't tell Menelaus that usually that just meant sleeping in or them going to help Dad work or going on a hunting trip. And that this year, it wouldn't be any of the latter at all. "I was just hoping to go to the library and finish a book. Maybe go see a movie."
"Think you'd want to visit the library here in Philly?"
Spring, 1965. Ponyboy adjusts to having two families.

Summary
Maybe he'll feel guilty in the morning. Maybe they both will when they wake up together. Or maybe it'll go like so many mornings when they wake up tangled together in his office and Ponyboy will give him head beneath the desk while Dallas lies to Johnny about the night before.
Sometimes the only way to work around a bad marriage is to cheat with the best friend.

Summary
Dallas had debated it, going back to the train – if they hadn't been here in so long there might not be anything here of worth. Instead, Ponyboy had scaled the fence, and made his way to the door, testing it. The sun beats down on him, Dallas' jacket wrapped around his waist. He likes the way it looks on him, the brown working with his steps. Dallas keeps Ponyboy's own thrown over his shoulder, not quite ready to give it up in the fading heat.
Ponyboy and Dallas find themselves in a house, seemingly abandoned by it's occupants. It's a nice diversion from their journey.

Summary
"I'm scared that something is after my children," Cherry Valance admits over the phone, one dark day in 1977. "Scared of something that isn't human or can be easily explained."
That's all it takes for Ponyboy Curtis and Dallas Winston — two well known exorcists with complicated pasts of their own — to come to Tulsa to investigate the why the Sheldon-Valance children are waking up cold at two-forty five am, why David Scott killed his whole family, why Bob Sheldon keeps waking up behind the wheel of his car in odd places, and why Randy Adderson is starting to become afraid of his own shadow.

Summary
It's hard for Ponyboy to tell Dallas and Johnny who he's become since 1965, no longer a scared fourteen year old boy, wondering what he'd do now that his friend's back was broken, how he'd go into the future with a brother he couldn't get along with, looking forward to a life with a man he'd never known?

Summary
Three years before, Randy Adderson had gone away for simple financial crimes, not for being a Satanist. But, Ponyboy feels his stomach turning, looking at the bloodied pentagram in front of him, left in the wake of Randy's escape from prison.
It doesn't seem to make sense with the Soc turned hippie turned stool pigeon.
Thankfully, there's someone there to help him out: a man calling himself Dallas, with a sharp, canine grin, eyes that flash red in the light, and insists that he's not human anymore — and that he's there to help Ponyboy out.
Which would be a lot easier if they could keep their hands off of each other.

Summary
His date smiles, his voice perfectly soft, "I mean it. Darry is my brother."
Even though he's clearly expecting this, Dallas can see clear as that he doesn't bear a single resemblance to Darry that Dallas can see from where he's sitting across from him. Reflexively, he tries to find a feature, any feature that can tip him off, watching his date wipe his fingers off on the napkin in his lap.
There were things he knew about Darry Curtis in certainty and uncertainty: that he was the oldest of his brothers, that he was married to Paul Holden going on twenty odd years, that his parents had died in a car accident in January in 1965 that gave him the empire he had now, that he was a Socs Soc back in Tulsa who'd been hailed as their golden boy, and he lived up to that moniker in every way until Dallas had been reclaimed by his sister in 1965.
Dallas Winston goes on a date with a very unexpected party.

Summary
That's the fear of it all for Darry: that he is going to slowly be replaced by the not-brother that wasn't here when their parents were barely scraping together money to pay for bills, that the not-brother in Philly with money was going to take over everything, that Ponyboy will go to Menelaus over and over again instead of Darry himself and he digs his heels in, promises that he won't let that happen, that he'll keep Ponyboy as close to him as possible, be the sort of person that Ponyboy chooses over Menelaus despite the money he has to offer.
Ponyboy begins to figure out his life with Menelaus. Fifty sentences in chronological order.
