“I am not - hold on.” Seonghwa twirls around to face his desk and starts typing away on his keyboard. Yeosang tries to look over his shoulder, but Seonghwa’s broad frame blocks the monitor.
“Okaayyy~” He drawls in English, turning back around and wheeling the chair out of view of the monitor. Seonghwa dramatically clicks the space bar on his portable keyboard, and Yeosang is faced with a powerpoint slide titled:'SO….YOU’RE HAVING A GENDER CRISIS?'

The surprise that registered across Mingi’s face was very real. “You what?”
“I’ll go. Pretend we’re dating, unless you bringing a guy home is going to be a problem?”
“It’s not a problem. My parents have known I was bi since like middle school.” Mingi’s expression was unreadable, like Yunho wasn’t sure how he was about to respond to the offer than Yunho had just given.
“Then take me. Your family doesn’t know who I am. I don’t have any plans for the holiday, and I’m a good boyfriend. I’ll make sure that your family thinks you hit the jackpot and leaves you alone for at least the next six months.” Yunho shrugged.
OR
Mingi told his parents he was dating someone at Thanksgiving to avoid being nagged to get back with his ex-girfriend and needs to actually show up with a date for Christmas and Yunho volunteers. Shenanigans ensue.

His hand trembled as he wrote, as he laid himself bare in ink.
I think I always will.
Tears blurred the words, smudging them as they dripped onto the page. But he kept writing. He wrote about all the years he had spent loving Yunho in silence, about the ache of watching him fall in love with someone else. He wrote about their past, about the way they had been so close to something real before Yunho had pulled away. About how Mingi had spent years trying to forget, only to realise that forgetting was impossible.
By the time he stopped, his chest felt hollow. His hands were shaking.
He stared down at the confession—his love, his pain, his heartbreak, all condensed into a few pages. Then he let out a breath, closed the notebook, and pressed it against his forehead, eyes squeezed shut.
Tomorrow, Yunho is getting married.
