Summary
John "Soap" MacTavish is a Pitbull Hybrid in a world that makes it quite clear that he's unwanted because his breed is considered "dangerous." There are strict laws against his fully animal counterparts, and sometimes people use that to their advantage against hybrids of his type. Heavily discriminated against, Soap joins the military and finds a place in the 141 where he's assigned to handler Simon "Ghost" Riley, and for the first time in his life Soap is treated as an equal.
