Being molded as some supreme swordswoman and nothing else, blinkers over her eyes like a trained horse. Time melted and she orbited him like he was some fixed pointed star, his gestures and meanings turn to trees blurred into its forests. Now when they are older was when the seeds he planted begin to take root. Plans were second guessed at best, unnoticed at worse. Now she stands watching them take into their intricate shapes. Ones that let him eat cake and have it too.

The sky was a canvas of fire and blood. Smoke drifted over a broken world. The last of the Godhand had fallen—brought low by one man who refused to die, who refused to forget.
Guts stood amidst the wreckage, his battered Dragonslayer slick with ichor and ash. Around him, the earth still trembled from the echoes of divine death. He bled from dozens of wounds, each breath a grind of pain—but his eye burned with something deeper.

Griffith.---
Griffith’s sword flew from his hands, clattering to the edge of the cliff that now crumbled beneath them. He staggered back, boots scraping against loose stone. His fingers caught the jagged edge just in time. Down below waves crashed into the stone as if in anticipation of the final encounter. The former falcon hung there, chest heaving, blood streaking the pale skin of his face.
Guts loomed above him like an embodiment of last judgement, the Dragonslayer heavy in his hands.
Griffith looked up, defiant even now. “Do it.”But Guts didn’t move. Not yet. And then—

Now he has become hypersexual as a coping mechanism, using sex as a way to numb his pain and escape his trauma. One night he is out on a date, looking for a hook-up, when he meets a mysterious man who looks like he can offer him the coveted release he so longs for. But soon things take an unexpected turn.
Before long, he finds himself ensnared in a toxic, addictive relationship, one that offers escape from the ghosts of his past through pain, but costs him his body, his boundaries, and eventually, his sense of self.
Meanwhile, Guts, his fellow cadet, childhood friend, and dorm mate, fights to pull him out of the darkness closing in around him. Yet, as Guts struggles to protect Griffith from self-destruction, both of them begin to grapple with a growing bond that is more than just friendship. -

This story was inspired by a joke I’ve often heard: that Louis Guiabern (Metaphor Re:Fantazio) resembles the child of Griffith (Berserk) and Reinhard (Legend of the Galactic Heroes). So, this is an insane fanfic where Louis is indeed the child of Griffith and Reinhard.
The main pairing remains Kircheis/Reinhard.
