BUT apparently isagi heard that there's a street race lingering here on Germany from one his super nice and totally does not look like he's part of some gang or does street racing friend AKA Ness, born and raised in Germany (they met online).
In which isagi first declines an invitation from ness to watch a totally not dangerous (mildly dangerous) street race but... curiosity got the better of him...
I mean nothing is gonna go wrong... it's just a street race.. it's just a street race..just a mildly dangerous one..I mean what could in happen in a street race..? Right...?
...Turns out anything can happen in a street race. That involves isagi obliviously just obtaining himself a boyfriend....isagi doesn't know that yet tho.

He passes the ball with a clean chop of his right foot, and, as the U20 defenders move to stop Isagi, they leave an opening for Otoya to break through and act as bait so Isagi can shoot -- or maybe he’ll pass it to Rin as Sae leaves to mark Otoya. If he doesn’t, it’s a pass to Yukimiya. The ball ends up in the net either way.
Except it doesn’t.
A white jersey appears to his left.
“I’ll sweep you off your feet, Princess.”
And then he’s
falling.
He tries to catch himself on his right leg but he had been getting ready to pass and it’s a clumsy slide tackle from Ryusei Shidou, who doesn’t care what he destroys, so instead his right leg is taken right out from under him and there’s nothing stopping him from hitting the ground.
There’s nothing stopping him from shattering like glass.

"Whatever you say, brocon." Shidou cackles, winking at Rin. It seems he will have a bit of fun today after all. "Actually, it seems like you've downgraded, Rin-chan! Both of them are still way out of your league, though~"
Right as the last word danced out of Shidou mouth, Rin's murderous fury was unleashed.
"Oh fuck— Guys, stop!"
"You idiots! Isagi, grab Rin!"
"What's a brocon?"
(Rin ends up in the infirmary with nurses fussing over every little bruise on his body, his mind only on Shidou's words, and Isagi, by association.)
