Summary
It was a cold and wet day in New Mexico. The once bright blue sky was blanketed with dark, menacing thunderclouds. A flash of lightning, a rumble of thunder. Hail and sleet began to pound down into the earth, unrelenting and almost angrily. Stan desperately ran through it, weighed down by his past.
In the midst of it all, a child fell to the ground. Unconscious, with his sister lost in their cunning escape. His hands were weakly clenched, grasping for his sister's hand and the machine that brought him here. The wind howled, picking up his hat and tossing it a few feet away.
Stan just happens to stumble upon the child.
TLDR: Dipper travels to 1982 and meets young Stan.

I'm Agent Callipraxia and in this quite informal essay, I'll take you through an overview of the inconsistencies and try to present some...at least loose justifications a frustrated writer might use to accommodate them
before those guys from the Time Paradox Avoidance Enforcement Squadron catch up with mewith hopefully minimal fuss. So, if you would fasten your time-seat belts and lock your time-trays in the upright position....
