Quite off-hand, Wesker throws a challenge to Birkin to achieve his fantasy of domination through virological brilliance. The domineering tyrant may get more than he has bargained for, yet, he sticks with his promise.
William surprises Albert by his firm desire for a domination that narrows the agency of his lover to its thinnest. "This is more about a sensual, intimate control of me deciding what goes into your body and what comes out of it tonight."
Wesker has a choice of admitting defeat, and ending the special night, or submitting to everything Will desires. Dr Birkin wants a lot for his own pleasure. But he will not push the sacrosanct boundaries. Wesker is his love, as heady from the joy of domination as Birkin will be.
NB: Wesker is not submissive by default, but he will utterly submit here. Akin the pen and the sword. If you need Wesker to be domineering at all times, this is not a fic for you. William will fuck his freshly waxed asshole, take your cue from this.
Still this is totally consensual within this version of the pairing. Both the Tyrant and the Virologist are prideful and stubborn.

Summary

Chris sat his empty plate in the sink and retreated to the bathroom. Truthfully, he was happy to have a hot shower. This place was much nicer than his apartment, and he had absolutely planned on taking advantage of it. He turned the water on, careful to set the temperature just how he liked it, and tugged his shirt over his head. Next came his pajama bottoms, then his boxers, and once the water had sufficiently warmed up, he stepped into the shower and closed the curtain behind him.
As the warm water beat down on his form, Chris realized how worn out he felt. He was solidly built, but S.T.A.R.S was physically demanding in a way that even the Air Force hadn't been. Sore muscles and knots in his back were slowly becoming the norm. A hand reached back to knead the tense spots under his skin, and he sighed as the soreness drained from his body. It was as if it washed down the drain with the sweat of the previous day.

Wesker does not typically regret the past, but he does regret that the first and only time Birkin was allowed to have him was to push the virologist to use human test subjects back in their tender human years.
It was a Faustian bargain of first times.
Birkin has developed an aid that allows Wesker to align his body to his will, and bottom for Birkin to a full carnal delight.
William thinks Albert is the most perfect entity ever created, so maybe he is not so surprised to discover that his Tyrant is consummate in receiving bodily love when transcending his habits.
