Summary
Kara Zor El, heir and only child of the House of El, was very beautiful and highly intelligent. She possessed a love of life and learning in equal measure, infusing joy in those around her. As the savior of the last remnant of her destroyed planet, she was revered and beloved by her people; elevated to the honored position of Head of the Science Guild. Lately though, feeling extreme pressures from both her family and her people, she longed for freedom from her duties; she longed for adventure. Accompanied by her recalcitrant Kelex unit and an honorable young soldier with an adventurous spirit of his own, she escapes the confines of her controlled life to seek out her cousin on a distant planet called Earth. Little did she realize how drastically her life could change in only six weeks.
