Selina is pregnant with Helena but she don't know that yet, but she will notice that she is more often tired than usual and she often gets sick in the morning and throw up.
She won't tell anyone about her morning sickness but of course Bruce notice, she said she is fine and its probably only something bad she ate. That is until one mission where both Bruce and Selina are fighting villains and Superman and other Justice League members fighting with them. Superman hear a baby's heartbeat inside a Selina because Kryptonians, including Superman, possess a highly developed sense of hearing that can pick up sounds far beyond the normal human range.He immidiately worries and want to tell Batman that Selina should go back to safety and stop fighting but its too late because one of the villains hits Selina and she loses consciousness for few seconds, as she start to wake up slowly again, only then Superman start yelling at Batman to get her out of here and accidentally say she is pregnant which suprise everyone, including both Selina and Bruce.

How pathetic.
Out of everything he could possibly have to fear, it’s thunder that makes him quake. He knows it’s not something he should be scared of, as this storm will (most likely) not hurt him, but the sudden loud sound and flash of lights always make him feel uneasy.

The boy has his legs thrown up over his equipment, black leather boots clacking against the keyboard. Specks of dirt are being scraped between the keys with each small shift. Bruce grinds his teeth to prevent a curse from slipping out.
A custom keyboard is the least of his worries (even if it did cost over twenty thousand dollars to make).
No, he has bigger problems right now - Namely how this version of him even got to this universe. And why the hell he looks like a delinquent.
He turns his attention back to the screen, the results showing a 100% match. The hair follicle he nabbed is still clenched between his fingers.
Maybe it’s a wig.
“Batman is such a dumb name.” The boy complains loudly, spinning around obnoxiously in his (Again, very expensive) chair. His hair is suspended briefly in midair before flopping back onto his forehead.
A very convincing wig, he thinks in despair.
