Summary
The cult fan favorite, Blue Moon and the Saiyans are remastering their hit debut album – The Last Full Moon in memory of their deceased and beloved bassist, Nappa Green. The group broke up shortly after their world tour riding off the wild success of the album. Lead guitarist, Vegeta Saiyan, infamously left the band and stormed off stage in the middle of a show in 1979. While rumors were neither confirmed nor denied, fans have been speculating for the last fifteen years whether it was over an unrequited love between lead singer Bulma Moon, daughter to world famous and filthy rich inventor, Boxer Briefs. It seems the band has been able to put aside their differences over the mutual mourning of Green, and the original line up is back in the studio to re-record. With its already promised success, MTV is pitching a live MTV Unplugged performance. Will history repeat itself? Or will the future heal and wound from the past?

Another three year gap fic (because I just can’t stop myself), this time inspired by that scene in DBZ where Vegeta yells at Bulma to leave him alone while training in the gravity chamber.
Of course, we all know that Bulma did not leave the Prince of All Saiyans alone, otherwise cute little baby Trunks would never have been born. But what if she…had? What if she’d thought, “fuck it, I’m out,” and left Vegeta to his own devices? Would fate have still brought our favourite couple together?
Not a vast amount of plot with this one, but hopefully the last chapter will make up for that :)

“You actually listened to me back then?” she giggled, before coming to some sort of epiphany.
“Hold up! Are you telling me you’ve tried being a gentleman all this time?” she asked.
Since she had drawn the wrong conclusion, Vegeta would set the record straight for her.
Faster than she could follow his movements, he shot up from his seat to stand across from her. He trapped her by placing his hands on the kitchen counter behind her, her hips bumping against his inner-forearms. She drew in a sharp breath, pushing her chest out, and stared at him with her big, blue eyes.
“I assure you, I’ve been trying no such thing,” he growled.
OR: We all love a three-year-gap fic, amirite?
