Summary
More than a year after his release from the Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane, Will finally succeeds in putting the Chesapeake Ripper behind bars. Hannibal Lecter is locked away for good, giving Will a chance to finally pick up the pieces of his broken life.
