Summary
Castiel and Dean were once very happy.
They met as teenagers — yes, those typical cliché. They soon started dating and, after some ups and downs like any couple, they soon got married and started a new family. They couldn't ask for more.
However, the family's perfect life ends up having a tragic end, resulting in two hearts that are more than broken. Years later, a reunion brings up feelings and wounds that were buried long ago, and Castiel and Dean have to face their worst enemy: the past.
"I guess you kept your promise, huh? Death really did us part. We just didn't expect that it wouldn't be one of us to die."

Summary
Dean has a knee-jerk reaction to seeing an angel almost get put down at a hunter's market, and thirty minutes later, he's in the Impala with Sam and a supernatural creature that wants to tear their jugulars out with his teeth. Sam seriously doubts they can handle the task his brother has taken on, but he's doing his best to be supportive.
Castiel wants blood. He wants to rip every human that crosses his path into pieces, and he wants these two humans in particular to stop lying and trying to trick him with false niceties and so-called kindness. He's not going to fall for it; he's not stupid or weak. What he will do, however, is find a way to escape captivity. And, of course, brutally kill them before he leaves their underground bunker behind.

Summary
They cannot keep sitting and waiting, like sun bleached flies on a windowsill inside of an old Southern Baptist church.
The window will not open for them, no matter how long they sit and wait for it to. The glass panes will not disappear. If they don’t find a way to get themselves out, they will sit there forever and rot.
(TLDR: Cas is rescued from the empty, human. Dean wants to stop hunting because he loves Cas, but can't figure out how to let himself; however, he doesn't want Cas to hunt, either, because he loves him. Conflict, angstiness, and love ensues.)

Summary
“This is getting really old. You know I dont fall for this cut-rate crap anymore.” Castieal called out to the rippling darkness before him with a sigh. Jack’s brows furrowed and his head quirked to the side in the way it did when he was seeing deep into someone before he knelt down and pressed both hands to the sides of Castiel’s head to force them to meet eyes.
“Dad. Its me.”
Castiel went stock still in Jack’s hands, eyes growing wide as he registered the warmth of Jack’s palms and the intent look in his eyes. None of what he said was any different from what Castiel had heard from the empty millions of times before, but the fear and anxiety laced in his tone, paired with the slight downward curve of his lips was entirely new. The Empty always conjured up moments of pure joy, without doubt or worry unless it was on Castiel’s part, so it would be all the more satisfying when he ripped them away—but this? This was raw emotion he saw in Jack’s eyes and the trembling of his hands. This was real.

Summary
Watching Cas presenting Claire with that totally not cool gift for her birthday, Dean is caught by surprise at how the whole thing makes him feel.
This is the gift and goodbye scene between Claire and Cas at the motel, but from Dean's POV. He is hurting and regretting so much, but most of all, he wants to comfort Cas.
- The moment on the show broke my heart, so I wanted to make it better somehow, and give it a somewhat different context. -

Summary
Things have been going amazing. Cas, Dean and Jimmy are all great. Everything is great. Apart from one thing. A work opportunity for Dean causes unexpected tension. Communication has never been more important and it begs the question: does not understanding equate to being judgmental?

Summary
Demon Dean went to New Orleans after force feeding his blood to Sam and fighting off Castiel in the bunker. He stumbled into a world of new age vampires, skin walking werewolves, werepires and old ass witches. Atleast the brown eyed sophisticated Original vampire is intriguing enough to keep his attention without going on a killing spree. He should've researched the Originals.
Klaus had a good summer, even if his family is pissed at him (justified probably) and there's a serial killer prowling his city.(Surprisingly, not him) until a womanizing prick calling himself a demon walks into Rousseau's claiming that he has more than enough weapons to drop him without breaking a sweat while the fragile peace of New Orleans threatens to go belly up. He probably should've researched Dean Winchester.
Sam just wanted to cure his brother and drink copious amounts of alcohol, apparently that's asking too much of the universe. Following a lead that Dean spent weeks(in hell) talking to a prodigy called Katherine Pierce, Sam arrived at Whitmore. He probably should've researched dopplegangers.
Miscommunication ensues across the board.
Set in season 6 of The Vampire Diaries, and season 3 of The Originals.
