With a 'yes', Dean Winchester is returned to reality, returned to his guardian angel; things aren't how they're supposed to be though. He was warned, warned that things would be different as time worked at a different pace in Heaven and on Earth. Castiel was different, he was broken and he was missing memories.
With the threat of the Archangels gone, Dean is determined to get his life back in order and his life includes Castiel, memories or not.
