Summary
The annual summer festival is right around the corner. This year’s special requirement is to bring a date in order to attend a dance. As expected, Parappa wants to ask Sunny to be his date to the dance but after he overhears Joe Chin planning on having a grand gesture to ask her out, he’s having second doubts. Meanwhile, Lammy has her own struggles as she wants to ask out her fellow bandmate, Katy Kat. However, her shyness tends to hold her back more often than not.
As they team up to help each other, will they be able to overcome their insecurities?

One fateful night in Parappa Town, Lammy accidentally sniffs Parappa and Ma-San right up her nose and into her brain while snorting her daily serving of cocaine of her adorable cat girlfriend's big fluffy toes, and thus quickly finds herself agonizingly entangled in an immensely elaborate and painful get-rich-quick scheme for her and her fellow band members to join the infamous Joe Chin business. Needless to say, hilarity ensues.
