Summary
When stumbling upon a woman floating upon shipwrecked debris, Captain Vasco of the Nauts doesnt hesitate to dive overboard to perform a daring rescue - but as he comes to know her, his life becomes embroiled in schemes and treachery which threatens to break the bond he has with De Sardet.
He will fight for her, fight with her, die for her if he must.
The only problem being that he just didn't understand - why he was so willing.
