Summary
The 56th annual Lebanon Rodeo was inching closer, bringing with it the excitement and buzz that only a small-town event could muster. Castiel could feel the town's energy shift as banners went up and local businesses prepared for the influx of visitors.
His store was busy with riders coming in, grabbing feed for their stock and other supplies to last them the weekend. This gave him a chance to chat with the regulars, hear their stories, and catch up on the latest gossip. Castiel had always liked this time of year; the town was abuzz with excitement, the sense of community was stronger, and if he happened to see a certain bronco rider, then that wasn’t anyone’s business.
