Summary
Harry spends his free time teaching the Patronus to anyone willing to learn, both as practical training and because the spell helped him survive the war. Helping others gives him a sense of purpose and steading those still shaken. Draco takes small steps to rebuild his life and reclaim control over his magic after years of surviving under Voldemort’s rule. Learning the Patronus Charm is more than practice for him. It’s a way to confront lingering fears, regain confidence and prove he can protect what matters. Still, he only signs up for the class begrudgingly, thanks to Harry’s persistence.

Draco Malfoy is entering is third year at Hogwarts, at the same time his cousin, Sirius Black, is exiting his twelfth in Azkaban. It's certainly been an eventful summer with the breakout being the only thing on wizard and witch's minds, but Draco can't be more ready to leave the Manor and get back to his friends and school.
Even so, just with every year, he can't expect the year to go normal. Not with so many classes he'll need a powerful Time-Turner to balance them all, a mysterious new teacher a little too close to the moon, a rampant beast ready to maul him, Dementors he can't even get close to without thinking he'll be back in the Chamber of Secrets, and fluttering butterflies, as always, but not just for one boy anymore. And, of course, there's still the matter of Sirius Black, out for his best friend's blood to finish the Potter line, whatever it takes.
He's a teenager now, that's for sure, but life at Hogwarts has never been calm, even for thirteen year olds.

Malfoy felt his anger rising again. Hermione wasn't here to listen—she had come to vent. But he couldn’t let her leave like this. As she turned to go, he grabbed her arm, knowing full well he wouldn’t get another chance once she crossed the wall.
"What enrages you the most, Granger?" Malfoy retorted. "Everything that happened... or the fact that, for once, you were completely wrong?"
