Summary
Set 10 years after the end of the TV series, the story features the Planeteers undergoing the most brutal trial of their lives. When the Planeteers' rings stopped working, the young heroes discovered why: Gaia has abandoned them. The spirit of the Earth was gone, nowhere to be found. And the Planeteers had no choice but to move on with their lives. But when a mysterious meteor plummets to Earth, and gives an old adversary the chance to return in a big way, the Planeteers are forced together once again. And they soon discover that Gaia might not be done with them just yet...

Summary
Thousands of years ago, before humanity was born, there was a war between the gods and their progenitors, the Titans. The gods won, and the Titans were cast into the depths of Tartarus. In the modern day, with the emergence of Quirks, mankind has forgotten the gods. Gaia, goddess of the earth, has decided she must have agents of her will protecting humanity from themselves. With the emergence of a shadowy new threat, humanity might need her now more than ever.
This story borrows several elements from Earth-27. If you don’t know what that is, look it up, or you might be very confused by certain story elements.

Looten Plunder and his fellow pollution criminals have gotten their hands on a magical ritual to summon a creature to help them ain defeating their prime nemesis Captain Planet. When Gaia catches wind of this, she sends the Planeteers to makes sure they are not succesful in summoning help to fight then and pollute the planet.
