He keeps going, “You’re safe here. You’re safe with Uncle. With MK. With Tang. With all of them. All these years being alone in the dark without a candle to light your way? I can see in the dark, and MK can too now! I’m sure Uncle’s got a match somewhere and all you gotta do is provide the candle.”
He scoots closer, taking both your hands now and keeping your gaze. “You. Are. Safe. Even if shit hits the fan, you will not be alone to pick up all these broken pieces anymore. I’m here. We all are.”

Summary
Base show description: LEGO Monkie Kid is a LEGO theme inspired by the journey of Monkey King in Journey to the West. It was licensed by the company introduced in May 2020. The toy line then got its own animated show, titled LEGO Monkie Kid: A Hero is Born, which premiered on May 29, 2020, in China. The show follows young teenager Monkie Kid (MK) and his friends as they battle various enemies to protect the town of Megaopolis. It aired for 5 seasons with 4 specials from 2020 to 2024.
The New Adventures story description: It's now 2025, and in the small town of Eastbrook, 20-year-old Will Eastbrook, mainly known for surviving the Eastbrook murders, has been trying to build a time watch to travel to the past, present, and future. After he finishes making his time watch, he sends himself to Megaopolis, and now he's stuck there, working with the Monkie Kids to help save the town and his timeline.

After the Pillar of Heaven was restored, Li Jing acted swiftly and mercilessly. The Monkey King and Red Son were sealed away in unknown places. Mei was stripped of the Samadhi Fire, its power bound inside her sword—before vanishing without a trace. MK was turned to stone. Pigsy, Tang, Sandy, DBK, and Princess Iron Fan are death.
Only Macaque remains. Heaven has sent countless guards to hunt her down, but she slips through their grasp again and again—too slippery, too sharp, and far too stubborn to be caught. After an attempt to remove the awkwardness from their relationship by sharing a bottle of wine at night as drinking buddies, Macaque and Wukong wake up the next morning in the same bed and realise that last night’s drinking led to them having sex.
Macaque (the one who had initiated both the drinking and the sex) feels guilty worries that this will officially ruin things between him and Wukong. He's surprised (and relieved) when it doesn't...until it does four weeks later.

Being a vampire hunter was never his first career of choice when he was growing up. Wukong knows very well that he has always been athletic while also just smart enough to get by. He knew very well that he could be anything he wanted if he tried hard enough.
And yet here he is right now. Inside of an abandoned building at the peak of night. With moonlight peeking from the tall window that has a lot of cracks and dust. Spider webs were decorating about every piece of furniture that was still inside of the abandoned building itself.
Wukong looked around, bringing his gun closer to his chest, trying to assess the situation.
“It’s too quiet here, I don’t like it.” Someone said, the tone was sharp and serious.
Or: Vampire Hunter!AU with Wukong as the hunter and Macaque as the vampire, hiding secret relationships while surviving in the world where they would always eventually meet in the middle of battle.
