Despite their eyes and muscles being heavy with fatigue, Cal groggily lifted their head and blinked away the tired blurriness that clouded their sight, trying to gather their bearings as things slowly began coming into view.
They were… well, they weren’t quite sure where they were; but the distant hum and drone of machinery told them that they were still in Fortuna. The room itself, however, was unfamiliar, they noted the various photos and diagrams of Vallis flora and fauna that adorned the windowless grey walls, and a carefully stacked pile of floofs that stared back at them from the far corner.
It was… odd.

So, I wanted to participate in Tennotober for this year (Inktober for the "Warframe" Community), but I knew that drawing everyday would burn me out really fast, so I decided to write the prompts instead! This is all for fun, save for a few rules I’m giving myself so I don’t have one day that’s 20,000 words and another that’s 500 words (as an extreme), so I have to at least have 1,000-2,000 words per prompt. In a life long-lived, you make a lot of mistakes. Like getting mixed up in a squad meant for repo, or getting sloppy, or—any number of things, really!
Ticker's made a lot of mistakes in her life. Ending up in this situation isn't that big of one, really, but it's certainly one of the more potentially-lethal ones she's made.
Mistakes were made. That's how she lost the love she fell to Fortuna with. But... you don't make mistakes, you ain't trying hard enough.

Summary
Two months. It had only been two months since Raiden was “healed.” For the most part, Raiden and Luminaria have stayed in Cetus, though they were able to leave now. They provide assistance to Teshin and occasionally the Lotus. Luminaria was beyond happy. Raiden was recovering well and there seemed to be no sign of the Sentients anymore. Life was beginning to feel at peace...if only peace were so easy to obtain.
Raiden's life is once again threatened by his OWN body, seeming to be destroying itself from the inside out. He and Luminaria now look for a possible cure for his ailment. In order to do so, they must seek out the help of some allies on Fortuna while also evading Nef Anyo's forces. In addition to his sickness, Raiden and Luminaria are forced to face aspects of their pasts that they both do not remember and do not WISH to remember...
