When Barry stops Thawne from going back to the future , all he expects to happen is that Thawne will go to iron heights be locked away for good , his dad will be free and he can finally avenge his mom.
What he dosent expect if for Eiling to step in and take Harrison Wells into his custody. He dosent expect Thawne to be led out of the pipeline like a wild animal being transferred from one cage to another.
