Summary
What if, instead of just Lisa dying...Alucard is also kidnapped by mercenaries who, while travelling on the road, are intercepted by Carmilla and her people. She recognises Adrian instantly, and decides to raise him as her own. Meanwhile, Vlad loses it, and Lisa is dead, so he kinda just goes insane. The two things he loved the most are gone, he has nothing and no one to live for...all that. Except, as it turns out, he does.
(This is going to take a good long while and a lot of research on my end so the chapters aren't going to be frequent until I've finally got a good picture of the timeline in my head)
