Galvana is certainly the strongest celestial, but she did not start out that way. She had to fight her way to the top, and even still faced harassment from some of her peers. Once she becomes the de facto leader, though, all of the pressure is on her, especially when the Dawn of Fire ended. It seems like no matter what she does, someone has a reason to hate her. And she can only change so much about herself.
