It was a simple mission. Straight forward. Infiltrate, steal, leave. Stone was certain he would be able to get it over and done within 48 hours. Sure, every agent before him had failed, but he wasn’t just any agent.
He was Agent Stone.
He was a rumor, a name teachers threw around in GUNs academy to aspiring agents. A man with no failed missions, a perfect success rate. The highest number of completed missions on record - and still going.
Barely anyone knew what he looked like. No one knew his real name. Hell, most agents weren’t even sure he existed - just a rumor made up to make the rest of them strive for perfection.
But he was real. And as GUNS top agent, this mission should have been a cake walk.
Key words: Should have.
Even the unbreakable can break. And here was Agent Stone, perfect record on the line, the myth of GUNs hallways, pressed against the wall as the inhumanly tall Doctor Eggman - his target for this mission - loomed over him.
Maybe this was going to be harder than it seemed.

Summary
So, throughout the run of the hilarious Sonic Boom cartoon series, from 2014 to 2018, I wrote my own version of the events of the show's two seasons, adding my own chapters along the way. I'll admit, a good handful of the chapters weren't my proudest works, and looking back, I could've done better, but I guess teenage me was just like that, and it's part of growing up as a recreational fanfiction author lol I was going through a lot through high school, and writing this series, as well as the Sonic Boom games and cartoons themselves, were my lifelines through the hard times I was facing, so this was how I really coped. Most of all these chapters are fairly short, so maybe good for short and quick reads.
I really hope you enjoy what's to come!
WARNING: There will be a handful of times of some violence, many near-death experiences, s*icidal behavior, and SO MUCH ANGST! More than I would care to write these days, but a good half of these pieces are about 10 years old, if not close to that, so I hope you enjoy anyway lol

Summary
When one explosion goes off, no matter how small, another follows. And another, and another.
The fuse that's been lit is connected to a whole line of bombs. Alone, they are not much. But they line the foundations of life on Bygone Island and there are many of them. Some of them have already blown up, some are still a long ways off from igniting. But now, the main event is on it's way. It won't be long before everything spirals downhill, before everything collapses under their feet.
Sonic quitting wasn't the match that lit the fuse, but it's the bomb that's unstabilized everything they've built.
They can only hope what remains of Team Sonic can stay afloat as their burning ship sinks under the torrent.

An evil snake who has something to do with the disappearance of the ancients. He also shattered a huge crystal that was keeping him sealed! So Sonic and his friends must regain the crystal shards, and put Lyric back before he destroys the world.
{This is my take on what Sonic Boom would be like if it was written by me! I decided to combine the concepts of Sonic Boom Rise Of Lyric, and Shattered Crystal into one book! And a new series I'm doing called "The Rewritten Series"! These will, of course be stories from Sonic that I rewrite to be better (in my opinion).
