Summary
We left our two heroes in the throes of domestic bliss. However, a little over a year later, Vincent has sunk into a deep depression and faces an existential crisis about the nature of his relationships. When a Deepground plot puts Reeve in grave danger, Vincent is challenged to control his demons, both literal and metaphorical, to reach an outcome that he can live with. Because he will have to live with that outcome forever.
