Okay, here it is. My third story.
First up, I'd like to state that I have vowed never, ever again to write a follow-up to anyone else's fanfiction. Ever. I have sworn it, I will stand by it.
That said, this is indeed a sequel to something. To 'The Sacred and the Profane', by afrai. It's to her that all credit goes for the creation of this AU, and it is truly a remarkable achievement, as grand as it is heart-tearing. Her AU, in turn, was based on 'Good Omens', which belongs to Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. No personal profit was intended with the writing of this story. God no.
Still, a warning is in order. Even more so than was the case for my previous two stories, it is absolutely essential that you read her story - which can be found in my Favourites section - in order to understand anything of what mine is about. However. Unless your tolerance for sadness is incredibly high, I do not recommend doing this. Instead, believe me, you would do well to close this screen right now, and move to happier places. I am not kidding.
Here, then, for those who can take it, is my story. I'd say, "Enjoy," but that's not the right word here.

feeling so light by the fact that there's not so much gore happening (yet). how used the characters was to their situation, how normal it was for them made me feel more at ease. there's not so much tension. the feeling of lack of breath or suffocation was anywhere despite the themes the story had. i was genuinely enjoying my time with the story ♡♡♡ (and maybe because i was listening to a soft song ☺️)
there're some question here and there that pop up in my head but they're being answered eventually~
i was so scared for jungkook when he was the only one on the place where namjoon and yoongi first found him. i can't imagine being in the same situation, i see him as a strong man for that.
its lovely to think that they fell in /love/ with their partners and not just because of their situation. i think it's hard to find that in those kind of times...
/NOW/!!! because i'm already heavily in love to the story, i /hate/ it when they mention 95s leaving... I HATE IT!!! (no angst but oh! there it is~ grrrrr 😾)
there were a lot to feel when they mention their past. longing for those days to be back again or just reminiscing the events happened did made my heart either stutter with sympathy or just be weighed down... or maybe just stay here with a long face, have nothing to do but to feel their shared emotions...
- Namjoon gestures for Jimin to go left, while he turns right. - this was fucking thrilling, i don't think my heart can handle of there's a jump scare... 😳
the fact that their differences (being a person, themselves) being one of the issues they needed to face made me smile, sincerely. there're lots of perspectives needed to be seen... it really made me interested more to the story ♡♡♡ and it was delivered so beautifully by the author... i'm completly enraptured 💗
