Aeris was created in the image of another—a clone born from the genes of Aerith Gainsborough. Though she is her own person, the world sees someone else when they look at her. She lives in the echo of a life that was never hers, haunted by a legacy she never asked to inherit. Aeris believed she could live free of that Cetra legacy—until dreams and voices from the Lifestream began calling to her, pulling her toward places she’s never seen, yet feels inexplicably tied to.
With Vincent by her side, Aeris embarks on a journey to uncover the meaning behind these visions. Along the way, she encounters old and new allies, confronts the growing darkness of Sephiroth’s lingering influence, and begins to question the boundaries between her life and the one she was made to resemble.
In the ruins of the Forgotten Capital and beyond, Aeris must face the shadows of Aerith’s legacy and the corruption threatening her world. Hojo injects Cloud’s neck with something cold and stinging. He tries to yell, but his hearing turns to static and his vision goes dark.

Hojo once again finds himself with the opportunity to avoid his death, this time having been returned to his body at Shinra Manor in Nibelheim early on in the Jenova project. With the knowledge of future events, he begins to plan on how to keep control of his perfect creation, and eliminate the variables leading to his death. Both problems might be solved by Hojo manufacturing a family that Sephiroth so desperately craved.

Sephiroth and Genesis consistently torment her behind their mother's back, making everything harder for her.
Prince Cloud Strife isn't that interested in settling down, and wedding anybody, he's content where he is. Surely, this lavish party won't make him fall in love.......right?
