Summary
It's been five years since the Long Night ended, and Arya Stark is restless. After travelling the Riverlands, becoming a Faceless Man, and fighting against the Others, she now spends her days cooped up in Winterfell, sidelined by Rickon, the new Lord of Winterfell, and his regents: Bran and one of the Manderly brothers. With her brother Jon dead, and Sansa married to Lord Harrold Arryn in the Eyrie, she trains without purpose and fends off hapless suitors. Eager for an escape and tired of living in a castle filled with ghosts, she decides to take an old friend up on a offer of hospitality several years stale, and ventures to Starfall in search of a kindred spirit.

Summary
The thing slinks into the archives like a frightened, beaten stray cat, but it’s not a cat, and Tim’s knife is in his hand before he’s even had time to think about it.
*
Another monster finds its way into the archives, and Tim deals with it. Except it’s not a monster. Or, it is, but it’s Jon, too.

Summary
Jon died in the panopticon and was sent to the Void as he was no longer human and could not cross into the human afterlife. Martin mourns his passing and falls asleep to find that when he dreams he meets up with Jon and promises that he will help him escape the void. Upon waking up he fears it was just a dream but realizes that the sweater he gave Jon in his dream is actually gone... and therefore it must be real.

Summary
“You!--” He shouts, and the shovel plunges down again. The wood breaks away in fragments, harsh and unforgiving. “Were--” His shovel comes away with a tug, showering the grave in woodchips and dirt. Again, he brings it down, and this time the coffin’s face buckles. “Supposed--” Again. “To–” Again. “Stay dead!”
Something wet sprays upward, and his anger drains with the smell of iron and copper.
Something’s inside.

Following the death of Jonathan Sims and his recent burial, none of his Archival Assistants can sleep very well. Perhaps an unearthing is more necessary than they thought.

Summary
It was over. The world was back to normal. Well, as normal as a post-apocalyptic world could be. But it wasn't even close to perfect, no. Jon promised they would go somewhere else together, stay together, whether that was being dragged with the fears wherever the went or, the most likely situation, death.
But now Jon's dead. Martin's not. He wasn't somewhere else, he wasn't with Jon. He was stuck on this godforsaken planet without the only person that kept him sane.
What did he do to deserve to live? Was this the curse it felt like or was it some misplaced grace? Why did he live?OR
Martin survived the panopticon, Jon didn't. Martin has the lesbians and a dog, but to be entirely honest I don't think that's gonna help much.

Summary
Jon dies because the eye cut only certain parts off of him. That being his retinas and basically nothing else. He still has to read statements, but cant, and so he's just constantly starving to death unless he feeds off of someone. The eye cutting him off gave him his humanity back, so he feels an impossible amount of guilt over feeding. Martin's tried to force himself to give him a statement, but he hasn't experienced anything that Jon hasn't TRULY seen.

Martin awoke to a cold and freezing floor, and he let out a breath, moving around as much as he could to catalogue where he was, what things were surrounding him, as the Eye steadily supplied him with information in the background, as natural as the quiet whirr of a tape recorder he’d gotten so used to.

In which Annabelle’s plan is a step or two to the left, and just when he thinks it’s the very end, Martin finds a door. Naturally, he walks through it.
[this is a Magnus Archives fic that borrows Jack and Alexis and the Moors to give Martin and Jon a helping hand to their happy ending, so you don’t need to have read Wayward Children to enjoy it, but you probably do need to have listened to the Magnus Archives. or not, you do you]

Summary
Martin was currently sat on his bench in the park.
It looked over where the panopticon used to be, of course that was a long time ago. It’s been years and the world has changed a lot since then. He’d kept himself away from the others, believing that making sure everyone who used to know him thought he was dead would be a lot easier. Because, in a way, that was true.
Part of him died the day the panopticon exploded.
And that part of him was Jon.

It's been a year. He's lost Jon. Again.

Martin survived the collapse of the Panopticon and the transportation to another world. Jon wasn't so lucky.
An exploration of loss and grief, as Martin mourns his lover a year later. -

Summary
A mysterious forum begins to gain traction after the apocalypse, allowing anyone in the world to publicly discuss their experiences with the paranormal. Martin is convinced the Fear Entities haven't actually left their world, he just needs to prove it. While the Institute is being rebuilt, he uses the tapes to pick apart which posts are real, and he slowly realizes there is something new happening, something big — all the while grieving the death of Jonathan Sims.

This is a fan-made season continuation! It's written in transcript formatting, and attempts to replicate canon (with two exceptions: Jon's name is spelled 'Jon', and Martin will be okay in the end!)

Summary
“SASHA,” Tim’s voice boomed, resonating against the walls of the small office room and silencing The Archivist’s pleading rambles. “I’m not going to quit.” A soft shifting to cross his arms was the only thing prefacing Tim’s short addition, “I don’t care what you plan to do; just leave me out of it, whatever it is.”
~
AKA i rewrote the "lets gouge out our eyes and run away" scene but in a role shuffle au. in this, tim has martin's canon role, sasha has jon's, jon has tim's, and michael shelley has elias'. (also, peter lukas stays the same, and martin got sasha's canon role. if youre curious.)

Summary
"Martin did not think a single thought in that moment. The emotion of what he had just done was too strong to process, and the adrenaline that pumped through his veins let him focus on nothing but his beating heart. His beating heart and… Jon’s?
Martin opened his eyes to Jon’s gasping breaths and a harsh chill wind. They knelt in a rolling field of tall grass bordered with dense orange forests. The sky was open and dark blue, dotted with rolling clouds turned cotton candy hues by the slowly receding sun."
Martin and Jon have made it to the end of MAG 200. They have made it to... somewhere else. What if somewhere else was the Shire?

In another life, maybe Jon escaped. Maybe his friends came for him. Maybe another Avatar decided to “rescue” him for their own purposes. Maybe the Web had other plans for him. Maybe in another life none of this ever happened at all. But in this world Jon Sims died screaming, bleeding out as he was skinned alive, his last thought a ragged and disjointed “make it stop”.
An AU of the Unknowing, Where Jon didn't escape and Nikola went forward with her plan.
