Summary
They tried to break her. Torture her. Kill her.
Instead, they forged her into a weapon.
Now Eleanor Riorson-Tavis, Queen of Orlyth, wages war not only against the Venin, but against Navarre and the very gods themselves. The Balance is fractured, magic is unraveling, and with the Shadewing Den reborn, her name has become prophecy and curse alike.
With Garrick at her side, Noodle in her shadow, and Nox and Chradh above, Eleanor has built an empire of monsters-and she will tear the world apart piece by piece to protect what remains of her family. Her kill count climbs. Her mercy burns to ash. Her humanity slips further from reach with every battlefield she leaves empty.
But victory comes at a cost. And the deeper she walks into madness, the clearer it becomes: this was never just war. It is a reckoning. It is the endgame.
Because Eleanor isn't fighting to save the world anymore.
She's fighting to remake it.
And when the dust settles, history won't call her hero or villain. It will call her what she has always been:
Oblivion.

Summary
Theirs is a tale written in fragments: in touches that never lingered long enough, in words left unsaid, in moments missed not by accident, but by design. Their love story was always written in the margins—glimpsed in stolen glances, held together by silence and circumstance, by longing restrained rather than shared. It was forged in the fire of war and betrayal, in the quiet space between who they were and who they had to become. And now, as the world shifts beneath their feet and the past refuses to stay buried, fates become entwined once more, both Violet and Xaden find themselves haunted not just by the memory of what they had, but by the hollow absence of what they never dared to reach for.
Because how can a love like theirs ever end… when it never had the chance to truly begin?

Summary
[Post-Iron Flame.] There's a lot that Violet Sorrengail does not have the emotional energy to deal with right now. From her mother, to figuring out what to do about Aretia, to the absolute train wreck of the situation with Xaden, she just wants to get through the next little while without losing her mind. And last on her list of things she wants to deal with is the sudden appearance of her ex, Crown Prince Halden, because it's going to introduce a whole new clusterfuck of baggage to everything else on her plate.
(How do we deal with our book hangover? We write our own Book 3, that’s how!!)

Summary
I straighten the sleeves of my new uniform—a stiff but slightly oversized black suit jacket with a camisole that sits a little lower on my chest than I’d like and matching black slacks, with a pair of black stilettos in my soft leather bag for when I get to the office. One of Mira’s old suit jackets, because I couldn’t bring myself to go out and buy my own. Because this is not where I was supposed to be going today.
While mom had prepared Mira and Brennan for a career in big law—at the massive international firm that bears her name—I’d tagged along with dad since grade school, learning how to help the city’s poor. I’d planned a career in nonprofit work, just as dad had, and had just started my bachelor’s degree in social work so that I’d be better prepared. I’d intended to spend summers as a legal assistant at various nonprofits during undergrad, then law school here in the Bay.
But then Brennan had some sort of breakdown and disappeared, and everything fell apart.

“Ah,” he says, then holds his hand out for me, just like his friend. “Cadet Asher Daxton.”
I look at his hand, and then back at him. He’s wearing a small and friendly smile, and I reluctantly shake his hand. “Cadet Sorrengail. I don’t share my first name with strangers, so don’t ask.”

Summary
Six years after Tyrrendor’s successful defection from Navarre, the continent stood on the cusp of an uneasy alliance. Tyrrendor flourished, united under King Fen Riorson’s leadership. Poromiel thrived under the guidance of Queen Maraya Cordella, its military strength bolstered by advances in gryphon-mounted warfare. Navarre, led by the increasingly enigmatic King Tauri, struggled to maintain its veneer of dominance while hiding the truth about the Venin’s threat. Amidst this backdrop, the city of Calldyr in Navarre became the host for a historic leadership summit, its grandeur a thinly veiled attempt to project power.

Summary
Reja is in her second year of training in the Healer Quadrant. She has learned not to be impressed – not by blood, not by pain, not even by the cadets dragged in with broken bones. But when a man is brought in one day whose mere presence unsettles even Nolon, one of the most experienced healers in their ward, her world begins to shift.
His name is Aaric Graycastle – but who exactly is he?
And then, it’s not her staring at him. It’s him – his eyes wide, startled, as if the mere sight of her had thrown him off balance. His gaze trails over her body, inch by inch, as though she were a puzzle he refuses to understand.
And suddenly, a story begins – one of love and duty, that was never meant to be. -

Summary
This story picks up a few months after the end of Onyx Storm. Violet and her allies are losing badly to the dark wielders, friends and loved ones already dead, their defenses crumbling. Xaden is gone, consumed by venin power, and despite months of searching, Violet cannot find him or any cure.
Then Andarna returns from her time with the Irids, more mature and aware of her abilities. She re-bonds with Violet. She reveals that Irids have a unique connection to magic, making what they channel flexible, able to be shaped to nearly anything. Together, Andarna, Tairn, and Violet decide their only hope is to bend time itself.
Their plan: send Violet, Xaden, Andarna, Tairn, and Sgaeyl back to the months before the apostasy. Aaric (Cam Tauri) and his dragon Molvic, gifted with foresight, confirm that this path offers a chance at victory with one catch: Duke Fen Riorson must be convinced to organize a rebellion in secret, working from the shadows to avoid Melgren’s battle forsight, rather than declaring open secession and plunging Tyrrendor into war against Navarre. Any course that puts Tyrrendor on a path to direct military conflict with Navarre cannot win.
Or, another Fourth Wing Empyrean time travel au.

Summary
Liam was only trying to save his brother — the same way Xaden had once given him a chance to live. When Xaden became a Venin and enraged the gods enough to earn a terrible fate, Liam knew he had to try to return the favor.
Now, begging the gods wasn’t exactly the smartest choice, but it was all he could do. What Liam didn’t expect was that the gods would actually answer his plea — and grant a second chance not only to Xaden, but to everyone.
Suddenly, Liam found himself in a room with a group that could change everything, and five books that held the story of the future of their world.
Would Liam’s efforts be enough?

Summary
Kyra Riorson, daughter of the executed rebellion leader Fen Riorson and younger sister to Xaden, was only fifteen when she watched her world burn—literally. Branded by magic as one of the 108 children of traitors, she is torn from her brother’s side and forced into the care of General Lilith Sorrengail.
In a brutal world where survival is earned with blood and trust is a weapon, Kyra’s mission is clear: stay alive, see Xaden again, bond a dragon, and—above all else—keep Violet Sorrengail breathing. But with war looming, secrets festering, and old loyalties threatening to tear apart the fragile peace Navarre has had, Kyra must walk the line between duty and rebellion, protector and traitor, sister and weapon.
Because the deadliest force in Navarre isn’t forged by war—but by love, loss, and the will to protect.

Summary
Violet Sorrengail is in trouble. After a research paper she wrote for class condemning the current administration's handling of the conflict in Deverelli is leaked to the public, Violet finds herself under the microscope of public scrutiny. For any normal grad student, this wouldn't have been a blip on anyone's radar. Unfortunately for Violet, her mother is a high-ranking advisor in President Tauri's administration and a key architect in the country's military response to the conflict. While Violet thinks the scandal will blow over quickly, her mother's colleagues are increasingly worried about the threats against Violet's life that have been circulating online.
Xaden Riorson is screwed. After starting a private security firm with his best friend and cousin, Xaden was hoping to make a name for himself, far away from his father's presidential campaign. In a cruel twist of fate, their first client turns out to be the daughter of one of Fen's staunch political rivals. At first glance, the job seemed straightforward — protect the girl from an overzealous fanboy, who hated what she wrote. But things are not as simple as they seem, and it appeared that Violet Sorrengail would be bringing nothing but trouble to his door.

For years, he has carried the weight of his family’s expectations—the son of the famed General Sorrengail, the brother of riders, the shadow of a sibling lost to war. His younger sister Violet is destined for the Scribe Quadrant, when her time comes, leaving Rowan to walk the path carved for him alone. At Basgiath War College, weakness is a death sentence. But survival demands more than strength. It demands allies. And when Rowan’s path collides with Xaden Riorson—the son of the rebellion’s executed leader and a first-year burdened with his own legacy—enmity turns into something far more dangerous: a fragile, necessary alliance.
As dragons choose their riders and the threat of war presses closer to Basgiath’s walls, Rowan will discover that loyalty cuts deeper than any blade—and that the spark of rebellion has already begun to burn.
Because in the Riders Quadrant, there is only one true law: ride… or die.

Summary
If you can’t fight your enemies, you fuck them. That’s how these disputes always ended between royal families after all—in unhappy but politically convenient marriages.
---
Violet Sorrengail, lady in waiting to King Tauri's only daughter, is intent on securing an alliance between Navarre and Tyrrendor. When crown prince Xaden Riorson arrives in Calldyr to court the princess, she determines to do everything in her power to ensure they are married.
And Xaden Riorson? He would rather be anywhere but Calldyr, but his father, and his kingdom, are exhausted fighting a war on two fronts. Marrying King Tauri's daughter is the most efficient route to an alliance. Xaden's own desires don't matter when it comes to romance. They never have.
But when Xaden meets Violet, what's best for their respective kingdoms suddenly doesn't feel quite so important.
