Summary
A continuation of my Bound Together series. This follows the visual novel *very* closely. Much of the dialogue is identical; however, I have added my own flair to a lot of it, especially between our leading ladies, Yvaine (MC) and Kamilah. It also includes the majority of the diamond scenes from the VN. There is smut, however, I warn about it in the notes before each chapter and make it easily skippable. Happy reading!!
A storm is brewing. Yvaine’s nightmares grow more foreboding, and Kamilah is uneasy. A fresh wave of human disappearances has everyone questioning whether the chaos from six months ago is truly over, or if it was just the beginning of something even worse.

This is part of my Bloodbound series, and the first (and probably only) part of it to contain an original plot. I mentioned Yvaine's (The MC) Dad a lot, and decided to give him a little love. A VN like Bloodbound can only flesh out the MC and their life so well before it starts to ruin the immersion for the player, but this is my MC, and she has an awesome dad. This is pretty fluffy with a hint of angst, but it gets resolved quickly. Enjoy!

“And she pouts even more when Dobby licks her toes when she’s wearing open toed shoes,” Zahra giggled. “Crocs are the best solution. We have to get her these as an extra gift.”
“I’m just warning you right now, if we take those home to her and expect her to wear them there is every chance someone is gonna end up getting stabbed with the new daggers we got her. She finds the colour yellow personally offensive— she literally banned her employees from wearing it in her presence during the 1960s. She tells me all the time it’s the most personally offensive of all the mortal colours.”

“Well… no.” Serafine cleared her throat, her eyes flicking between her and Adrian and her mind undoubtedly going straight to all of the exes she was on good enough terms with to invite to her wedding. “I mean— Well— A few, not that many really.”
“What about the one who cuts mortal’s brains open?” Zahra asked. “She told me all about how she has to cut holes in people’s skulls and scramble up their brains to do the surgeries. I liked her because she showed me pictures of real brains. Is she going to be there?”
“Amelia?” Serafine chuckled. “No, sweetheart. She lives in Seattle now.”
“What about the one who’s friends with the Queen of England?” Jax asked.
Serafine’s brow furrowed as she glanced between her, Annie, and Jax. “Who?”
“The boyfriend you had, who’s friends with the Queen,” Jax said through his mouthful of gummy bears. “When we were on Uncle Adrian’s yacht that one time I heard mama being grumpy because he was listening to music she didn’t like and she said he’s friends with the Queen.. ’he’s a guest of her majesty’ is exactly what she said.”

“It’s tampons, sister. Tampons. We’ve fought wars. We can handle tampons.”
“They have ones for heavy flow, medium flow, light flow, ones for daytime, ones for nighttime, ones for doing physical activity, ones with applicators, ones without, ones recommended for swimming, hypoallergenic ones— the only thing each of these seems to have in common is that they all contain this same warning on the back.” She grabbed the first purple cardboard box she saw and turned it over to reveal a large orange warning label stuck on the back. “What is Toxic Shock Syndrome and how concerned do I have to be? I do not recall ever hearing about such a thing when I was a menstruating mortal.”
“Its rare nowadays—“
“If you don’t give me a straight answer I will turn to The Google.”

Serafine blinked. “Do I even want to know?”
“She most certainly isn’t talking about me,” she quipped. “I’ve already been told mine are quite beautiful.”
“The most beautiful.” Annie let out a happy sigh, the smell of alcohol potent on her breath. “I want to kiss and suck them. You have the best ass in the world and then you turn around and you have the best boobs and because you’re tall it means they’re in my face!”
Serafine snorted. “I think it’s safe to say you’re in for a treat once she’s sober.”
“If I see four boobs it means I’m drunk.”
Her laughter came out in a wheeze. “How many four boobed women have you seen in your lifetime, might I ask?”
“One of the naked ladies on the ceiling looked like she had four,” she replied. “It made me think about what I would do if you had four.”
Serafine laughed. “Enlighten us.”
She shot her a glare. “I loathe you entirely.”
Serafine winked at her in response.
“I’d cry,” Anastasia sighed.
“Girl,” Lily slurred. “Why the fuck would you cry instead of motorboting the hell outta them tiddies?!”

“I have to work in London for four days and this is what I come home to?!” Anastasia shrieked at Lily. Her best friend was stood in front of her with one of her infamous brownies in one of her hands and an energy drink in the other whilst Serafine and Adrian sat on the couch and didn’t even bother to try not to laugh at scene unfolding before their eyes.
Every set of eyes in the living room settled on Kamilah, who was sat cross legged on the floor in front of the coffee table trying to fold an entire meat-lover's pizza in half, only to give up, and stack four slices directly on top of one another to shove them into her mouth. She’d never seen anything like it in the one-hundred-and-ten years they’d been married; Kamilah Sayeed was literally devouring her second full sized pizza in under five minutes and was trying to seduce her with a full mouth and sauce smeared all across her lower face by reciting lines from ancient poems in her native Koine Greek.
The poor baby was stoned.
Lily snorted. “You ain’t a cop so I’ll admit that the pot was technically mine but— fuck. She’s drinking my Mountain Dew. Are y’all seeing this?!”
