In July of 2023, Evie looked at a list of cities in North America and rolled a die. And just like that, she packed up her life and moved to Chicago. A fresh start.
The 2023-24 NHL season started well for Tito; he did not expect the call on November 28th telling him that he was being traded. To the worst team in the league. And just like that, 10 months after he was ripped from his home, he had to pack up and move again. To an unfamiliar city with unfamiliar faces.
Which is why, when Tito and Evie ran into each other, quite literally, on Christmas morning, they both latched on to a familiar face. Over the next few months, they became close friends.
They didn’t talk about the nights shared in Chicago clubs.
They didn’t need to. Because they’re just friends.

A balled up shirt hits him in the back of the head. “I’m getting you food, hermit.” Pu says, and he hears some keys jingle. “And put on a sweatshirt or something, I can see you shivering from over here.”
“Yes mom.” Mitch huffs as the door shuts behind him.
The lights glitter around the room, offering nothing but silence in reply. Mitch sits there and looks around, and for some reason he feels like this isn’t where he’s supposed to be.
It takes a second, but he shakes off the feeling and goes searching for a sweatshirt. It’s pretty cold in the room anyway.

Numerous photos of hockey players filled the screen. At first Matt wasn’t alarmed.
Then he took a closer look.
It appeared that each photo was taken at an odd angle, like the person who took it was hiding. The photos themselves were odd. Instead of a smile or cute photo moment, the pictures were just random. Matt recognized a few faces right away.

The majority of the suit is bright, Maple Leafs blue, a color specifically loaned to Skyline by the Toronto Maple Leafs owner himself. The suit is detailed in crisp white, an outline of the CN tower running up the left ribcage and maple leaf detailing along the right leg. This differs from previous suit designs in clarity and artistic integrity. This appears to be the first version of the suit where the user seems confident enough in their work to put significant effort into aesthetic detail. See attached photo for visual reference...
Or, Toronto has developed a super-villain problem. Luckily, it's also developed a pair of vigilante superheroes.
