Midoriya Miya’s whole world is turned upside down when she learns that there is a procedure readily available that can activate a quirkless person's quirk, and that her mother kept her from having it done.
Shocked and revaluating everything she thought was true about her life, Miya decides to have her quirk activated without her mother’s permission, deal with the crackling explosion on her wrist later, or possibly never, and become a hero no matter what.
