Half a century later, a presence beyond all human knowledge, beyond space and time, one bent on seeing humanity driven to its knees, revived that man: the German Führer and Chancellor, herr Adolf Hitler. For a second time, he was vanquished.
Now, the year is 2016. As if their victory in 1999 was not enough, humanity continues to thwart its inhuman masters, going so far as to enslave them as their "personas."
This vile treachery has persisted long enough, thinks the Great Old ones. Humanity needs to remember its place as fodder for its betters. And so, knowing that they themselves cannot directly intervene, they once again call upon Hitler, in hopes that even if they cannot put humanity in its place, the man who did once before would.
Even if it's the Fourth Reich this time, should not the Third time be the charm?

It is March 1986, eight months since Starcourt.
