Summary
Javert intended to drown in the Seine, but fate had other plans.
He wakes up again a day before he is to see the Mayor, and discovers that the Mayor had come back as well. Together, they decide that they might make the best of whatever this is, and save a bunch of people.
And that's how it all starts.
(They most certainly did not plan to adopt a bunch of kids along the way. Most definitely not.)
