Summary
Benny Lafitte is a scientist practically married to his work and research at the Center of Disease Control. But when a virus that turns people into rampaging, bloodthirsty creatures sweeps the nation with no known cure and a young man seemingly immune to the effects of the bite make themselves known, he may have to step out of his carefully constructed bubble of solitude to save mankind.
