"Due to all the stupid superstitions about fae," the lady turned to him and just rolled her eyes at the thought or hi=er statement, "I cannot give you my true name." Yeah, they're trying to save you, Tommy thought bitterly. While he doesn't think he would ever use a name for an 'evil purpose' now that he knows that humans are not all of what they seem, he knows that there are faeries who would use human names for evil. Maybe his own family..

“What’s wrong? What happened?” she whispered.
“It’s Tommy,” Wilbur replied in a ghost of his voice, which was usually filled with such power and music. “They’ve taken him.”
“What?” Niki gasped. “Why?”
“Ever since Mom’s execution-- I don’t know, I guess they’ve been keeping an eye on all of us. You know Tommy, he’s impulsive, he never thinks-- he never thinks-- I think they caught him practicing.”
