Summary
There’s a small daffodil near the water’s edge. The roots slowly weakening with the slow, yet powerful, tides. It could lose its grip to the ground at any moment, yet it’s keeping its hold.

Summary
The roots of daffodil seems to be coming undone. The water attempting to bring it further into it's oppressive abyss. But the ground tries to keep it's hold. Neither wishes to part with the other, but the flower thinks it's for the best. The ground disagrees.
Make sure to read "The Daffodil" before this, as it references the story and is basically an introspective to Taph's feelings and thoughts. It's not required though.
