NPCs sometimes just being hostile for no reason, the rubbery mess that sometimes has random debris deal a bajillion damage, and who can forget about the numerous exploits you can do to make yourself GOD.
In most scenarios, the Dovahkiin(you, the player) happily exploits the spaghetti code and the world is forced to watch as they do so...
...So is it so far-fetched that someone else would stumble upon these exploits themselves?
...Naaaah, surely even Skyrim wouldn't allow some random NPC to use these exploits, after all...
It just works!
