Will he manage to keep his sanity long enough before his party members drain it all away? Who fucking knows.
(Heavily inspired by D&D but with original pantheon and setting. Half the races are still D&D though.)

However, the Tyrants, being composed almost entirely of changelings and doppelgangers, aren't the welcoming sort, especially when an outsider is involved. And, being information brokers, not a single one of them can mind their own damned business.
Despite what everyone says about Gem, though, her lover never believes a word of it. Despite their newfound romance being pox-marked with subterfuge, backstabbing, and vitriol, they persevere. Despite it all, they simply adore her too much to let her go.
