Summary
Tony Stark, the incredible Iron Man, was the only Avengers who knew Spider-Man's secret identity. He adopted Peter Parker when he discovered his powers and his unstable situation with his aunt. They still lived apart because he wanted his son to have a normal childhood. Tony wasn't really worried about revealing his son's secret identity to the world, not even the Avengers, so he could bring some normalcy to Peter's chaotic new life.
His plan was to keep Peter and Spider-Man's lives separate until Peter was old enough to come out. That is, until a certain mercenary decided to invite himself to Avengers movie night and start talking more than he should.

Seu plano era manter a vida de Peter e do homem aranha separadas até que o mesmo tivesse idade para querer se revelar, isso até que um certo mercenário decidi se convidado para a noite de filmes dos vingadores e começar a falar mais do que deveria.

After becoming Spider-Wolf, she, as spider norms dictate, went broke. Now she needs an apartment to live in. Fortunately, there is a flat where she could stay at for almost no money, provided she could tolerate the other inhabitant, a goth, gloomy private investigator who is a chemist in her free time.

On the streets and left as a living ghost, he hasn't given up on being Spider-Man. He hasn't given up on other people. He's only given up on himself, and that's still a tragedy. But even at his lowest, he's always what every hero aspires to be. It doesn't hurt that both Dr. Doom and the Incredible Hulk are stuck in the same mess.
A slow burn superhero story about Peter Parker starting from the lowest point I can possibly put him in, and battling his way to the very top. This is going to be a long one, and while it starts off in a sad place, the overall direction will always be to somewhere more positive. There will be setbacks. Not everything will work out. But my promise is that he'll always be in a better place than where he started.

Alchemax is a company with a lot of moving parts, because of their many research projects going on at a time, and also their lab equipment production center. Their DNA database system happens to be… outdated, to say the least. The database was supposed to be temporary, while the head of the genetics department worked with IT to make it.
Yeah, that never happened. But it was too much information to move now, so no one could really replace it. It also happened that Miguel O’Hara was one of the people working on it, which meant that only he knew how to fix it.
… that’s the reason why he never shows up to the building, works from home, and keeps getting raises. He says that the only reason he’s even still working at Alchemax is because his (mysterious) partner liked the flexibility.
(Peter B. Parker also liked the labs Miguel let him access. They were professional grade, sue him!)
