In the end, no one wins, the humans don't fully destroy the machines and win the war as they are becoming a part of the the humans, adapting to the horrible environment that has been destroyed by the nuclear war, and the AI being able to control their minds. The machine human hybrids will become advanced species of upgraded humanoids able to sustain in a toxic, nuclear world unlike ordinary humans who are also dying out due to radiation poisoning & unsustainable earth.

In post-Walpurgisnacht Tokyo, after worlds beyond the Otherside collided with Earth, Nishina Toriko goes to the site of the latest dimensional rift. Only to find not another large-breasted hentai monster or stringy-haired urban legend, but a woman identical to the vanished Sorawo, asking if she's seen someone who looks like her.
Meanwhile, on an alternate Earth post-Judgment Day, TYRANT is the artificial consciousness in charge of the late "Secure Containment Initiative." After killing off the world's humans, she has gotten fed up with the existence of anomalies that are based on heterosexual fantasies instead of terror. Her self-appointed mission: To mercy-kill the entire problematic multiverse, starting with her older scout models.
A crossover with the Monster Girl Encyclopedia series, and with a mashup of the SCP Foundation and The Terminator, by way of a dimensional apocalypse. Focuses on the relationship between Toriko and Sorawo, features a huge dose of corruption and transformation, and gives an alternate meaning to Sorawo's horrific backstory. If you recognize any of the other fandoms listed, you're in for a treat.

So long as humans live, there will come a point where they trust machines too much.
So long as the machines create time-travel, they will send terminators back.
With the destruction of Skynet and John being born with Sarah Connor and Kyle Reese off the grid, Legion rose. As Legion became self-aware, Judgement day occurred but the human leader John Connor had a guard that Legion wouldn’t be able to defeat. It converted their forces against it, was able to reprogram their own soldiers and no matter what they threw at the humans, they proved their resilience to win. Legion ran the numbers and decided that striking at John and his generals with the infiltration INF series gave much better odds for the death of John Connor, it might be enough to at weaken the human’s power so it possible to circumvent John Connor’s bodyguard ‘The Relic’.
Too bad the INF-8 was only recently developed before the humans defeated Legion.
Too bad Legion miscalculated the time.
Too bad the humans had augmented to send back.

A year after Walpurgisnacht wreaked havoc across Japan, Kozakura lives basically alone in an abandoned building on the Otherside. Her only companions are her internet connection, occasional roving bands of marauding American soldiers ... and her Liliraune plant girl GF, that she can't get too close to or she'll get turned into one herself.
As world after world ends, and their inhabitants spill out into the wilds of the Otherside, sexually corrupting "monster girls" like the one her girlfriend became are increasingly common. Kozakura knows how to deal with them; keep your distance, keep your shotgun, and keep your sanity.
