Summary
The year is Two Hundred One, Fourth Era. For the past twenty-six years, the infamous Dark Brotherhood, skilled assassins killing in the name of Sithis, has struggled for it's very existence. Now, at a time of myths returned to life, only a single Sanctuary remains, hidden in the Pine Forests of Skyrim, crippled, severed from the blessed whispers of the Night Mother. Stuck scrounging for contracts, the current "Speaker" learns of a contract that was accepted and completed from Windhelm, but had never reached her ears. Now this new slayer has a choice to make: Join the Brotherhood, or become their newest target.
