“Of course not.”
Albedo couldn’t understand why this man was not more panicked.
“Why not?”
Kaeya looked at him with his customary smile, but the words that left him were far from the answer Albedo had been expecting. “I doubt that a small amount of some alchemical serum is going to be able to coerce me, of all people, into saying anything I do not wish to say.”
Albedo blinked, the smile slipped off Kaeya’s face and they sat across from one another in shocked silence. Truly Albedo had not doubted the serum’s effectiveness, his science was rarely wrong, but seeing it manifest… in Kaeya of all people. Archons, he needed to start saying no when the knights asked him for these sorts of things.

He left for Dragonspine early the next morning, and decided, not without some great amount of deliberation, that should he be given another weeklong break, he would not be opposed to going to Liyue again.

Albedo is henceforth allowed, nay, perhaps if he were to put a stronger word to it, even encouraged to send one Yaksha of Liyue letters. Correspondence. Words from one incredibly busy person to another, just for the sake of staying in touch from a nation and a half away, should he wish to, in the endeavor of getting to know the other better.
He did.
A hand offered without any expectation. This is, at least, what he has been telling himself.

In exactly two weeks from the postage of this notification, the Haus der Künste Art Exhibit will be holding a drawing class for the Favonius University, as well as any other interested artists of Mondstadt.
In this drawing class, participants will be performing an analysis of form of and creating several artificial compositions based on the human figure, studying both diagrams of how the average person appears as well as actual models.
If you are interested in modeling for the Haus, we will be taking applications for a paid temporary position.
Whether you are an aspiring artist or the figure on the canvas, on behalf of everyone at the Haus, we thank you for your interest in the program and hope to see you all there!

The man cut himself off as his eyes landed on Albedo. Although he had been the perfect picture of honed ferocity in battle only minutes prior from what little he could witness from afar (and even less so from the peak of the mountain the woman had taken him to) the young man now looked far more haggard than anything, leaning heavily on his spear for support, a dark aura emanating from him like a miasma. Albedo recalled both what he had read in preparation for this trip as well as what knowledge the Traveler had imparted to him, about the adepti of Liyue, and the lone surviving Yaksha that was duty bound to protect the nation from the festering remains of dead gods. The Conqueror of Demons, raised the gloved hand that was not already occupied with keeping himself from falling over from exhaustion, and pointed at Albedo's direction where he stood behind who he could only assume was another adeptus. “That is not a human,” he said.
Albedo distantly felt himself frown. Alright. Rude— although, he supposed, not entirely wrong.

Albedo passes the threshold of the realm of the adepti. All this serves to do is facilitate a meeting - one which Cloud Retainer is all too willing to nudge into a tentative friendship.
