Summary
Jaina Proudmoore is separated from her lover Sylvanas Windrunner when the scourge invades the elven kingdom, she only has twin girls and a boat of refugees heading to Kalimdor. Thinking the Ranger-General and the second set of twins dead she sails away in grief and uncertainty. Meanwhile Vereesa is raising the second set of twins and her nephew Arator and has many questions that no one can seem to answer about her sister and her nieces. Sylvanas Thinks she has lost everything and feels alone and refuses to think of anything that Arthas can use against her or as a way to torment her further.
Set shortly after the invasion of Quel'thalas and will go into WoW with a series.
(Yes, another momvanas fic because I like writing them as moms. I know I have the other two to update but I had a crazy idea with this story and I will explain in further chapters what transpired to get four children. In this one Jaina and Sylvanas are separated lovers in the beginning)

The Third War has ended and Arthas Menethil has retreated to Northrend to lick his wounds. In his wake he leaves a continent in flames and several peoples on the brink of extinction. Jaina Proudmoore, after rescuing those she could and taking them to Theramore, returns to a home she barely recognises and ends up finding something she never expected.

After the bomb drops on Theramore, Jaina is left adrift. The Alliance refuse to aim their efforts towards only removing Garrosh Hellscream and instead continue the war, The Horde cannot fully go against their Warchief for fear of being killed or abandoned, and she is full of rage and grief that she has nowhere to aim. When she's stopped from assassinating him within Orgrimmar, she finds herself allying with someone she never thought she would.
Sylvanas Windrunner wished to warn her of the bomb and will do anything necessary to depose Hellscream, for the safety of her people and the betterment of the Horde since that is where the Forsaken now belong.
Together, they work towards plans that will remove the Warchief and end the war, without any more undue bloodshed. Together, they realize they have more in common than they realize.

Haunted by the ghosts of her father and the love she herself condemned, Jaina throws every ounce of energy into making Theramore prosper. Yet at night she lies awake, wondering about what could have been. Until one day a strange courier arrives, and she suddenly finds herself presented a (rather strained) second chance.
Sylvanas is trapped in a delicate situation; having not killed Garithos, she is now in a failing power struggle with the living who want to reclaim Lordaeron. Seeing no safe outcome for her people, she begins to send envoys out to the Alliance, only for all of them to be killed on sight.
Desperate and furious, she reaches out to a fledgling state on little more than a whim. She prays her undead heart will bare yet another blow; seeing Jaina Proudmoore, alive and well.

In an effort to smoothen tensions between all three factions the peace-brokering archmage Jaina Proudmoore invites all delegations to a couple of days of games and contest.
Without a doubt both Horde and Forsaken representatives will conduct themselves in a sportsly and amiable way towards one another.
And the interest in foreign races and peoples that the ruler of Theramore is renowned for is purely professional and academic of course.
Jaina Proudmoore is not staring. Not at all.

This is an AU where Sylvanas takes down arthas and does not jump, Vereesa also is in the picture. This story was originally going to be a spooktober fic but as life got busy I changed it to a christmas fic.
I am rubbish at titles, obviously she has been apart of winter's veil but in this, she actually feels like she can actually enjoy it.

Summary
Sylvanas Windrunner survived the attack on Quel'thalas and went with the refugees to Theramore where she meets a certain mage and together they set out to carve a new life in the midst of tragedy surrounding their families and people. Sylvanas feels alone in the world thinking her whole family dead while Jaina questions whether she made the right choice to bring refugees to an unforgiving Kalimdor. Over time they learn to trust each other and a friendship starts to develop into something more.
Sylvanas is a druid ranger in this story and Jaina is a spellbow, I had an idea and I am running with it. This is an AU where Sylvanas survives and was not the Ranger General, instead her mother was still leader of the elven military when arthas attacked. You will find out the rest of the fates of all of them in this series. This series will have more than one part this one just starts after warcraft 3.

Will she overcome this and become a voice for the downtrodden or will she falter and give in to the sadness and anger that threatens to consume her?
Story is set before classic and after WC3, it will have time skips depending on how long I want this story to be.
